If you can create the climate you want in your mind, emotions and body, then your health, joy and well-being will be taken care of.

What we call health, joy and well-being are different levels of pleasantness - to keep the body in a pleasant state, to keep our mind in a pleasant state, to have pleasant emotions and to transform our energy into a pleasant process.

Pleasantness is not the ultimate goal of life. But if you don't feel pleasant within yourself it'll be very hard even to be good.

So a whole lot of people struggle with their goodness simply because there is no pleasantness of body, mind, emotion and energy. So even doing small tasks that they think are good comes with great Diff levels of being pleasantdifficulty. 

If goodness has to be a seamless effortless process, the most fundamental thing is that you establish your body, mind, emotion and energy in absolute pleasantness or a constant state of pleasantness. 

If you are this way then being good is a natural thing.

Have you noticed when you are feeling pleasant, how wonderful you are to everything and everyone around you? 

Know different levels of being pleasent
If your body feels pleasant, we call this health. If it becomes very pleasant, we call this pleasure. If your mind becomes pleasant, we call this peace. If it becomes very pleasant, we call this joy. If your emotions become pleasant, we call this love. If they become very pleasant, we call this compassion. If your life energies become pleasant, we call this bliss. If they become very pleasant, we call this ecstasy.
